CWA women have once again showed their kindness and generosity.
Before Christmas, two of the Shepparton East CWA members made a special delivery to Goulburn Valley Health in the way of presents to be distributed to patients on Christmas Day.
``We do a lot for the hospital, but this is for the individuals,'' CWA member Sylvia Blake-Ducksbury said of the reason for the donation of gifts.
Around 30 gifts were given to patients in the medical ward.
``It is a beautiful idea, makes you feel special, especially if you are going to be locked in here,'' patient Olive Scheibel said.
Staff were also thankful for the donation of presents.
``I think it is fantastic, what they do,'' nurse unit manager David Gullick said.
``It is a really nice token and for the patients to know someone is thinking about them.''
